Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is the daughter of an ethnically diverse family in South London in England. She has a father who is Nigerian as well as Swiss, while the mother of her is English. She was born on the south London council estate, and when she was 14, attended The Brit School. She went to The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London where she gained an acting BA. She performed in various stages during her high time at school, including King Henry V and Wuthering Heights.

In the ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl saw her in 2008 as Bambi. Madekwe starred as the lead character on How to Lose Friends And Alienate Others. The comedy that was released in 2008. Some of her theatre credits are Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) and Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe officially made her US debut on The Beautiful Life in 2009. The series aired only two episodes at The CW, and was eventually ended. Ashley Davenport, a character on ABC's Revenge drama, was chosen for her as Ashley Davenport. Madekwe starred as a regular character on the drama series on ABC Revenge during two seasons. It was revealed in May 2013 that she'd be leaving the series following an appearance in the very first series of the 3rd. The actress played Tituba in the TV show Salem in 2014 until 2016. Madekwe wed her actor boyfriend Iddo goldberg in June 2012. They've collaborated in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl as well as he was a character on the show Salem.

Ashley Leggat is a Gemini-nominated actress who was raised in an extended family. Her parents were Roy and Patty Leggat. Her parents Roy and Patty along with the four brothers of her, Brett, Todd, and Bram, were all present. Ashley's brothers were athletic and played baseball during summers as well as hockey in winter.
